INGREDIENTS


  • 1 pre-made tart crust
  • 250g ricotta cheese
  • 6 fresh figs, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Crushed walnuts (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS


1. Bake the tart crust according to the package instructions and let it cool completely.

2. Mix the ricotta cheese with honey until smooth and creamy.

3. Spread the ricotta mixture evenly over the cooled tart crust.

4. Arrange the sliced figs on top of the ricotta.

5. Optionally, sprinkle with crushed walnuts for added texture.

6. Chill in the fridge for 1 hour before serving.
