INGREDIENTS


  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup Kalamata olives
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS


1. Combine the cherry tomatoes and cucumber in a large bowl.

2. Add the Kalamata olives and crumbled feta.

3. Drizzle olive oil over the salad, and mix well.

4.Sprinkle with salt, and serve fresh.
Optional: Yell “Opa!” while serving. It just feels right.
